    • We agree to provide you with website backlinks as described in the Site for the purpose of search engine optimization (“SEO”). The Service will be rendered to you based on the metrics sourced from the tools of Moz, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb and Majestic.] (“Licensors”).

    • We will make our best possible attempt to provide you the Service within three (3) weeks from the date of payment of the fee by you, failing which you will be provided a refund.

    • We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is the result of a cause which is beyond our reasonable control. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order, engage or otherwise provide the Service at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to cancel an order placed by you at anytime at our discretion, provided that a refund is made to you. We shall not be held liable for any loss/ damage due to such cancelation, except to the extent of the amount paid to us by you.

    5.Accounts on Allthebestlinks

    In order to use the Service, you must first sign up with us on Allthebestlinks. In the process, you are required to provide us your personal information, which you warrant to be accurate, current and complete. Upon successful completion of your signing up with us, you will be provided with a personal account accessible for you with a password of your choice, via which you may obtain our Service.     • You understand and acknowledge that;

      • the Sites are filtered by us with the genuine belief that Google favours such sites as backlinks and we shall not be held liable for any loss or damage that may arise to you or any other third party, due to this belief. As such, the Service does not guarantee success. We do not warrant that information, graphic depictions, product and service descriptions or other content of the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, updated, current or error-free.
      • the content of the Site may include deviations in the metrics from the tools of the Licensors.
      • a website owner can over time decide to delete the links. Whilst we may make an attempt to address this, we shall not be held liable for any loss / damage arising from such deletion.
      • once a backlink is published, we will not be able to make any changes to that. Further to such publication, no refund will be provided by us for any reason whatsoever.
      • changes made to your website structure / content can affect the SEO result and you shall be responsible for any such change that is in conflict with the Service.
      • whilst we may make reasonable endeavour to ensure the accuracy, reports rendered to you in the course of providing the Service are not guaranteed to be accurate due to reasons beyond the control of us.
      • when using the Service, you may be exposed to content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent or objectionable, for which we will not be responsible. You agree to waive and hereby waive any legal or equitable remedies you may have against us in respect thereto and indemnify and hold harmless Allthebestlinks, its owners, directors, employees, operators, affiliates, licensors and licensees to the fullest extent permitted by law.
      • this Agreement does not imply that we endorse / support the content of your websites that the backlinks may direct to. Publication of backlinks on a website does not imply that content therein is endorsed, recommended or promoted by us.
